VETERAN OUTREACH

You were not alone then, and you are not alone now. There are 20 million veterans who understand your struggles and would stand by you, no matter what. Please, don’t carry this burden on your own.

After experiencing trauma, it's natural to feel scared, sad, anxious, or disconnected. But if those feelings don’t fade and you find yourself overwhelmed by a constant sense of danger or painful memories, you might be dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It can feel as if the weight of the experience will never lift, or that you'll never feel normal again.

That’s why we’ve created the "buddy-buddy" program. Veterans who have lived through similar experiences are here to listen, share, and help. They know what it’s like to face these challenges, and they’re available to talk with you privately and support you as you navigate your journey toward healing.

If you’re struggling, if you’re in pain, or if you just need someone to talk to, please reach out. We’re here for you.
